Refund & Cancellation policy

As all products manufactured and delivered by Haks Interiors are custom-made to your specific preferences, we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

1. No Cancellation:

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the customization and manufacturing process begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or modified thereafter.

2. No Refund:

Due to the made-to-order nature of our furniture and design services, no refunds will be entertained once the order is processed.

3. Payment Disputes:

In case of any technical error in payment or duplicate transactions, please notify us within 48 hours. We will verify and resolve the issue within 7-10 business days.

4. Exceptional Cases:

If a payment has been debited but order confirmation is not received, contact our support team. The issue will be resolved by validating transaction logs.
