You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

Our team will inspect and verify the damage.

If approved, a replacement will be initiated. No refunds.

3. Not Eligible for Return::

Minor variations in color, grain, or finish

Damage due to improper handling after delivery

Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

4. Custom Projects:

Interior design projects involving full room makeovers are not eligible for return or refund.
